Cancellation & Reschedule

We understand your time is valuable. And so is ours. Out of respect for our staff and clients, we request you give us at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel an appointment.

To provide compensation to our staff no-show will invoke a cancellation fee equal to the amount of the booked services. Cancellations/rescheduling less then 12 hours prior your appointment time will follow with a 100% fee.

If you don’t have a card on file to hold your appointment and you canceled less then 12 hours prior your appointment a cancellation fee will be added to you next appointment at checkout.

Same day appointments are final.

Late arrival/No show

We have a 15 minute grace period.

If you arrive late up 15 minutes, we may need to modify your appointment, shorten service to accommodate for the next scheduled appointment.

If you are late for more than 15 minutes we have the right to cancel your appointment and as the result you will be charged a 100% from the booked service, your appointment will be considered as “no-show”.

Warranty

At Osadcha Nail Studio we offer 2 days warranty for all the services. During this time we can fix any imperfections for no additional cost. Any request after that period will require a normal appointment scheduled.
